The form is suitable for new or existing journals.

An existing journal can ask to be hosted on Episciences. For an existing journal: the articles will be imported in the open archive HAL or another compatible archive, then imported in Episciences.

The epi-committees are responsible for evaluating the applications of journals in their respective thematic areas.

In the absence of an epi-committee related to the theme of the journal, the steering committee calls upon external expertise.
